This is independent and specialized clerical work in the Court's fiscal office. Duties include purchasing and processing accounts payable and performing other related fiscal duties with minimal supervision. Working relationships are established with court personnel, circuit and county judges and judicial assistants, vendors, and county agencies. All work is performed under the supervision of the Director of Administrative Services. Requirements include: Ability to perform simple math functions. Uses addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division; may compute ratios, rates, and percents Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Ability to handle matters with integrity and confidentiality. Ability to handle stressful situations and meet deadlines. Pleasant demeanor in dealing with the public. Computer experience, including mainframe systems, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases. Minimum Training and Experience Required: Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university and two years of experience in administrative support, fiscal, or administrative work; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
