Project Manager - Transportation Engineering

Responsibilities
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Project Manager at MSA, you'll lead cross-functional teams on complex transportation engineering projects that span service lines and disciplines. Your responsibilities include: Client Engagement & Business Development:
Partner with leaders and client managers to identify opportunities and build strong relationships. Project Leadership:
Lead all project phases - from pursuit and initiation to planning, execution, and close-out. Resource Coordination:
Assemble and guide internal and external resources, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery. Technical Oversight:
Review, certify, and stamp deliverables as needed while ensuring compliance and quality assurance. Team Collaboration:
Act as the key point of contact across workshare and project teams. Qualifications
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor's degree in
engineering ,
construction management ,
architecture , or a related field (preferred). 6+ years
of relevant experience, or
5+ years
with a master's and PE license. Solid understanding of
Minnesota Department of Transportation (MDOT)
design standards and submittal processes. Proven experience managing complex projects from initiation to close-out. Strong business acumen with a track record of managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. Excellent communication and team leadership skills. Passion for mentoring and developing junior staff. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship. WHY MSA?

The salary for this position ranges from $97,700 to $156,414 per year commensurate with experience. Higher compensation within this range will be paid to candidates with significant experience and exceptional qualifications.
