Position Overview As an Integrated Air and Missile Defense Operations SME, you will provide subject-matter expertise in tactical and operational IAMD operations. You will partner with other government organizations, commands, and agencies to integrate passive sensing and directed-energy capabilities into joint air defense frameworks. Key Responsibilities Advise on joint fires integration, including find-fix-track-target-engage-assess procedures across multiple sensors Plan, organize, and direct airspace control procedures, sensor management, and data-link operations Provide guidance on Army and Marine Corps area-defense planning and execution Develop tactics, techniques, and procedures and validate them through SME workshops and rehearsal drills Support operational test activities under JT&E guidelines Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering physics, military science, or related technical field-or equivalent experience Five to ten years of IAMD operational experience at tactical and operational levels Hands-on expertise in joint sensor fusion and air-defense planning tools Demonstrated ability to lead working groups and draft CONOPS/CONEMP documents Proficiency with government test-planning and evaluation methods Willingness to travel CONUS as required Desired Skills & Certifications Experience with modeling and simulation for IAMD systems Operational test and evaluation background under JT&E processes Professional military education or certification in AOC or similar field Equal Opportunity Statement: Seneca Holdings provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex/gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, marital status, genetic information and/or predisposing genetic characteristics, victim of domestic violence status, veteran status, or other protected class status.
