Maintenance Supervisor

OVERVIEW: DICK'S Sporting Goods is expanding our industry-leading distribution network with the opening of our brand-new, state-of-the-art Fort Worth Distribution Center, set to launch in early 2026. This facility will serve as a critical hub in our growing supply chain, ensuring our athletes receive the best products with speed and precision. We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our team. The DC Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for all functional and supervisory aspects of DC maintenance on the designated shift, including total building run time, conveyor maintenance, janitorial, housekeeping, etc. The supervisor should provide leadership and technical assistance to the maintenance technicians and janitorial personnel. The supervisor will also be responsible for spare parts inventory, preventative maintenance program implementation, and ensuring compliance with all safety procedures. Lead team of maintenance technicians and janitorial staff to perform all daily aspects of distribution center maintenance. This includes compliance with all maintenance safety procedures. Manage the preventative maintenance program timing, scheduling, and execution amongst the DC maintenance team and external partners. Assist maintenance manager and operations team with the implementation of expense and capital project tracking and execution. Manage inventory, provide accurate order information, and lead receiving and storage of all spare parts. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or other related degrees 3-5 years Industrial Maintenance Supervision Working knowledge of PLCs Previous experience with preventative maintenance programs Must have conveyor, forklift, and electrical experience and trouble-shooting skills Flexible hours Hands on management approach Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required Excellent written & Verbal Communication Skills Business acumen Customer-service oriented Strong interpersonal & client consultation skills Self-motivated & results oriented Ability to drive projects & manage project teams Ability to work effectively in a team environment
