Grow. with us.To save time applying, Toyota does not offer sponsorship of job applicants for employment-based visas or any other work authorization for this position at this time.Who we're looking forToyota's Prototype Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Prototype Procurement Senior Analyst.The primary responsibility of this role is to collaborate with Engineering, Evaluation, and Manufacturing groups to understand trial order requirements, and ensure timely delivery of supplier procured parts.Reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager, the person in this role will support the Prototype department's objective to procure required parts to support trial build activities at NA and JP locations.What you'll be doing Developing detailed project plans outlining timelines, milestones, and deliverables related to prototype procurement.Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and procurement departments.Facilitate communication among team members to ensure alignment of project goals.Identify potential risks in the procurement process and develop mitigation strategies.Operate within a dynamic, diverse team environment.What you bring Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or engineering; AND/OR relevant professional experience.Advanced knowledge in procurement strategies.Ability to analyze complex information and make informed decisions.Flexibility to adjust to changing project requirements and environments.Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with suppliers, team members, and other stakeholders.Added bonus if you haveJapanese language skillWhat we'll bringDuring your interview process, our team can fill you in on all the details of our industry-leading benefits and career development opportunities.
