You'll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experiencewhether clients are dropping off for daycare, picking up from grooming, or booking a boarding stay. Your attention to detail, communication skills, and compassion will help maintain the high standards our pet parents expect. what you'll do welcome clients and pets with warmth and professionalism answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to email inquiries assist with check-ins and check-outs for boarding, grooming, and daycare services ensure accurate data entry in the reservation system and maintain updated records communicate clearly with clients regarding services, pricing, and pet needs collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth daily operations maintain a clean, organized front desk area anticipated schedule: this is a full-time, on-site position. Some weekend and evening shifts may be required. compensation: starting at $16.00 - $18.00/hr, based on experience what's in it for you?
