Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an experienced, Board Certified Neonatologist to provide per diem coverage at HCA Florida Northwest Medical Center. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a growing Level III NICU in a supportive, community-focused environment. Your Role at a Glance
Staffing Model : 4.5 Neonatologists, 1.6 NNPs Clinical Responsibilities :
Attend high-risk deliveries Care for Level III NICU patients Collaborate with NNPs providing 8-hour daytime coverage
