Pour-Up Operator
We are seeking a dedicated Pour-Up Operator to efficiently manage the operation of pour-up equipment, ensuring smooth and safe processing of materials. This role involves handling various tasks from staging materials to maintaining equipment and cleanliness standards. Responsibilities
Operate pour-up equipment including bag splitters and manual cutting stations. Safely stage and process materials into pits, tanks, or trailers. Lock out equipment as needed for bag changes and restarts. Achieve a target of processing 30 pallets per shift unless otherwise directed. Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and lock out/tag out equipment before entering. Remain vigilant in areas with forklift, truck, and rail car activity. Safely navigate ramps, steps, ladders, and uneven surfaces. Dedicate the final hour of each shift to cleaning the pour-up station, including sweeping, organizing, stacking materials, and emptying trash. Essential Skills
Experience in production, forklift operation, and machine operation. Proficiency in assembly line work, food manufacturing, and machine setup. Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for 8 hours. Comfortable working in an industrial environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications
