Responsibilities include: Onboarding new hires and guiding them through a seamless transition Administering employee benefits and assisting with selections Records Management (HRIS and other electronic records) Supporting employee relations, leave management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws Collaborating with management on performance management and HR strategy Leading recruitment efforts and contributing to policy development Every day brings new challenges-from morning team huddles to afternoon policy updates-making this the perfect role for someone who thrives on variety and purpose.
