Quality Technician
We are seeking a dedicated quality technician to perform inspections of mechanical and electronic components, PCBAs, cables, and opportunities to cross-inspect drones. We need someone with a strong understanding of technical terminology related to inspection and tools, as well as in-depth expertise in GD&T and inspection methods. Responsibilities
Conduct inspections of mechanical and electronic components, PCBAs, and cables. Create quality standards Perform visual inspections to ensure quality and compliance with standards. Cross-inspect drones as part of the inspection process. Utilize tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges for precise measurements. Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T per ASME Y14.5 standards. Perform first article inspections and quality checks. Participate in final inspections and quality assurance activities. Essential Skills
Proficiency in inspection and quality control processes. Experience with micrometers, calipers, and other measurement tools. Ability to perform visual inspections and quality checks. Familiarity with blueprint reading and GD&T standards. Experience with electronic components such as PCBAs and cables. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in the aerospace industry is a plus. Training will be provided for IPC-A-610 and IPC-A-620 standards. Familiarity with first article inspections is beneficial. Why Work Here?

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
