Principal Intelligence System Administrator
Serco is seeking a Principal Intelligence System Administrator to join our growing team of diverse professionals supporting the Army National Guard (ARNG) Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP) at Camp Dodge in Johnston, Iowa. This position is contingent upon contract award, budget, and customer approval. In this role, you will: Manage and maintain all Intelligence Simulations Systems for the Camp Dodge Mission Training Complex (MTC-Dodge). Develop solutions independently and represent the organization in solving difficult technical issues. Operate and maintain Intelligence Fusion Servers for MTC-Dodge. Operate WARSIM Intelligence Module Lower and Upper Enclaves, including the Tactical Communications Support Processor and Radiant Mercury. Serve as the System Administrator for various computer systems. Operate Virtual Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) and Multiple Unified Simulation Environment (MUSE) simulation systems. Integrate all intelligence warfighting function simulations with the Intelligence Fusion Server. Develop, execute, and assess tailored and dynamic simulation stimulated training scenarios and preparatory events. Qualifications: Qualifications High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 9 years of advanced technical experience in Computer Science (CS), Information Technology (IT), Cybersecurity, or Information Assurance (IA); or Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Cybersecurity, or IA with a minimum of 5 years of related advanced technical experience; or Master's degree in CS, IT, Cybersecurity, or IA with a minimum of 3 years of related advanced technical experience. To be successful in this role, you will have: U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance with Special Background Investigation. IAT Level II Certification (such as CompTIA Security+ CE). Experience as an IFS Field Software Engineer. Experience as a dedicated System Administrator. Ability to travel to CONUS locations as needed (up to 25% of the time). Ability to work on-site at Camp Dodge in Johnston, Iowa. Additional desired experience and skills: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Military Intelligence/Targeting operations at the Brigade / Division / Corps level. Experience operating intelligence simulation systems including WIM, MUSE, IEWTPT, and Virtual UAS. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Networking.
