Serco is seeking a Principal Intelligence System Administrator to join our growing team of diverse professionals supporting the Army National Guard (ARNG) Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP) at Camp Atterbury near Edinburgh, Indiana. This position is contingent upon contract award, budget, and customer approval. In this role, you will: Manage and maintain all Intelligence Simulations Systems for the Camp Atterbury Mission Training Complex (MTC-CAIN). Apply comprehensive knowledge and wide application of technical principles, theories, and concepts of intelligence simulation systems. Work independently with minimal direction, developing approaches to solutions and making decisions that prevent serious program delays or resource expenditures. Serve as the organization's representative, providing solutions to technical issues with inter-organizational and external customer contacts. Operate and maintain Intelligence Fusion Servers for MTC-CAIN. Operate the WARSIM Intelligence Module Lower and Upper Enclaves, Tactical Communications Support Processor, and Radiant Mercury. Serve as the System Administrator for various computer systems. Operate Virtual UAS and Multiple Unified Simulation Environment (MUSE) simulation systems. Integrate intelligence warfighting function simulations with the Intelligence Fusion Server and Army Mission Command Information Systems (MCIS). Provide expertise in the development, execution, and assessment of tailored and dynamic simulation-stimulated training scenarios. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 9 years of advanced technical experience in Computer Science (CS), Information Technology (IT), Cybersecurity, Information Assurance (IA), or a related discipline; or Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Cybersecurity, IA, or related discipline with a minimum of 5 years of related advanced technical experience; or Master's degree in CS, IT, Cybersecurity, IA, or related discipline with a minimum of 3 years of related advanced technical experience. To be successful in this role, you will have: Active U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance with Special Background Investigation. IAT Level II Certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE). Experience as an Intelligence Fusion Server (IFS) Field Software Engineer. Experience as a dedicated System Administrator. Ability to travel to CONUS locations as needed (up to 25% of the time). Ability to work on-site at Camp Atterbury near Edinburgh, Indiana. Additional desired experience and skills: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Military Intelligence/Targeting operations at the Brigade / Division / Corps level. Experience operating intelligence simulation systems such as WIM, MUSE, IEWTPT, and Virtual UAS. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Networking.
