As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere in our office. You will be responsible for managing front desk operations, greeting guests, answering incoming calls, and providing administrative support to various departments. Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments Manage appointment schedules and coordinate meetings for staff Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages Provide administrative support to various departments as needed Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Benefits
