Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions. Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
