Candidate Profile
JD
from a
top-tier law school
with a
strong academic record (link removed)> Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction , in
good standing , or eligibility to waive in.
47 years
of substantive experience in
fund formation ,
investment management , and/or
broker-dealer regulatory matters (link removed)> Familiarity with
insurance regulations ,
compliance requirements , and
corporate transactional work
is
highly preferred (link removed)> Experience advising
insurance companies ,
financial institutions , or other
regulated entities
is a strong
plus (link removed)> Soft Skills: Exceptional writing, analytical, negotiation, communication, and oral advocacy skills are a must.
Key Responsibilities
Advise
insurance companies ,
reinsurers ,
brokers , and other
financial institutions
on
regulatory compliance ,
corporate structuring , and
strategic transactions (link removed)> Support and manage complex transactions including
mergers ,
acquisitions ,
reorganizations , and
market entry initiatives (link removed)> Analyze and interpret regulatory frameworks
applicable to the insurance and financial services sectors.
Work cross-functionally with attorneys in related practice groups to deliver integrated legal solutions.
Engage directly with clients and regulators to provide sophisticated, business-focused counsel.

Compensation & Benefits
Highly Competitive Salary:
$275,000
$350,000 , commensurate with experience.
