AV Engineer
Conference Room & Desktop Support
Location: NYC 1211 6th Avenue Job Type: Full-Time 5 days Onsite We are seeking a highly motivated AV Engineer to support and manage audio-visual technologies across our corporate environment, with a strong focus on conference room systems and IPTV infrastructure. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining AV solutions leveraging Logitech Rally Bars with support for Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom. This role also involves providing end-user desktop support for Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms, ensuring reliable IT service across a broad range of enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities
AV Engineering & Conference Room Support Install, configure, and support Logitech Rally Bar AV systems in meeting and conference rooms. Ensure seamless integration and operation of video conferencing platforms (Google Meet, Teams, Zoom). Monitor AV systems for performance, proactively addressing issues to ensure minimal downtime. Collaborate with facilities and IT teams on the design and implementation of new AV and IPTV solutions. Maintain IPTV distribution systems and digital signage infrastructure as needed. Document configurations, system diagrams, and support procedures. Desktop & End-User Support Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 technical support for Windows PCs, macOS devices, and mobile platforms (iOS/Android). Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot enterprise software and collaboration tools. Hardware provisioning, and peripheral device support. Assist with asset management, and general IT hygiene practices. Collaboration & Communication Act as a liaison between IT, end-users, and third-party vendors to resolve issues and deliver new solutions. Contribute to internal knowledge bases and provide training or documentation to users as needed. Qualifications
Required: 3+ years of experience in AV engineering, IT support, or related field. Proven experience with Logitech Rally Bar systems and modern conferencing platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams). Strong understanding of AV cabling, networking basics, and signal flow (HDMI, USB-C, IP-based AV). Hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, and mobile device support (MDM experience a plus). Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. Familiarity with AV control systems (Crestron, Extron) is a plus. Job Category: Pay Range: 85,000 - 105,000
