Control Account Manager (F-35 Sustainment)- Level 1
As a Control Account Manager (CAM) for the F-35 Sustainment program, you will be an integral part of ensuring the timely, cost-effective delivery of materials and services that keep the world's most advanced fighter aircraft mission-ready. You will oversee and manage assigned control accounts, monitoring cost, schedule, and performance to ensure contractual requirements are met. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will gain hands-on experience in program management, supply chain operations, and performance tracking while working alongside experienced professionals in a high-visibility program. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned control accounts within the F-35 Sustainment portfolio. Monitor and analyze cost, schedule, and performance data to ensure contract requirements are met. Update material delivery status and work to align demand with supplier capacity. Track material requirements to ensure On Time Delivery (OTD) to contractual due dates. Collect and organize evidence for contract closure activities. Prepare status reports and present updates to leadership. Identify and resolve project challenges, collaborating with project managers, suppliers, and functional teams. Develop tools and processes to monitor progress and drive improvements. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
