We are seeking an experienced Finance professional to join our FP&A team. This role will provide leadership, insights, and in-depth analyses supporting our company's strategic planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement in our forecasting and planning processes, while partnering with key stakeholders across the organization. Success in this role requires strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, and excellent communication skills. Note: Position available in Austin, TX and currently on a 5-day in office model. Relocation assistance available. Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial planning and forecasting processes with focus on strategic planning and accuracy Develop and communicate key business insights through detailed financial analysis Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Business teams to build comprehensive forecasts Create and maintain actionable reporting dashboards for decision support Manage monthly close reporting and provide performance insights to senior leadership Support Monthly/Quarterly business reviews with analytical commentary Develop and maintain financial models using Excel and enterprise planning tools Drive process improvements in forecasting and reporting methodologies Provide ad-hoc analysis and support for strategic initiatives Required Competencies:

Professional Knowledge Strong foundation in FP&A concepts, principles, and practices Expert-level financial statement analysis skills Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools Advanced Excel and Enterprise Performance Solutions expertise Experience with data management and analysis Leadership & Communication Strong interpersonal and presentation skills Ability to influence and communicate with senior leadership Experience in cross-functional collaboration Strategic thinking and business acumen Business Impact Problem-solving and analytical capabilities Decision-making skills with limited information Understanding of business drivers and market dynamics Ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations Education & Experience Bachelor's degree required (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field) 6-8 years of relevant FP&A experience Master's degree preferred Experience with enterprise planning systems (Workday FPM, Adaptive Insights) preferred This role offers excellent growth opportunities within a dynamic organization committed to innovation and excellence. The wage range for this position is $100,244.00-$170,415.00 Annual, commensurate with experience. Whole Foods Market offers "Whole Benefits".
