Service Contract Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Contract Coordinator to provide administrative, logistical, and operational support for the execution and oversight of service contracts. This role serves as a key liaison between vendors, internal stakeholders, and the contracting organization to ensure that all services are delivered in alignment with contractual obligations, timelines, and service level agreements (SLAs). Primary Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for active service contracts and vendor coordination. Track and monitor contract deliverables, performance metrics, billing milestones, and reporting requirements. Support the preparation, review, modification, and execution of service contracts, task orders, and change requests. Maintain accurate and organized contract records and documentation in compliance with federal, agency, or organizational policies. Coordinate with internal departments such as facilities, procurement, finance, and IT to ensure seamless service delivery. Assist in budget tracking, invoice review, and validation of charges against contract terms. Prepare and deliver status reports, compliance summaries, and performance scorecards for internal and external stakeholders. Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards including FAR, DFARS, or other agency-specific policies. Basic Qualifications: TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance is required High school diploma or equivalent required. 24 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, compliance, or a related business function. Basic understanding of contract lifecycle management (CLM), including contract negotiation, execution, and close-out processes. Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and/or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) compliance. Experience supporting or coordinating activities related to contract compliance, risk identification, and customer/vendor communication. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation. Ability to communicate effectively across teams and with external stakeholders (e.g., subcontractors, customers). Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks independently under limited supervision. Preferred Qualifications: Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Contract Management, or a related field. Familiarity with DFARS Business Systems (e.g., Material Management and Accounting System [MMAS], Property Management). Experience supporting international contracting and export compliance (e.g., ITAR/EAR regulations). Knowledge of subcontractor sourcing, diversity requirements, and cost management practices. Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) and/or using CRM tools to support contract oversight. Relevant certifications such as: Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM), Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM), Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) (from NCMA) Understanding of intellectual property (IP) management in relation to contracts.
