The role you'll contribute: Coordinates and performs electrical equipment maintenance, installations and modifications per all applicable codes and regulations. Assist in operation and general maintenance of painting, plumbing, HVAC, locksmith, and alarm systems. Oversees essential repairs and other duties as carried out. Troubleshoots, tests, and repairs mechanical machinery, equipment, systems, and physical structures as scheduled or needed under limited guidance. Monitors work performed by outside contractors to insure requirements are met and results are documented properly. Responds to in-house Work Orders and PMs on daily basis, and in a timely manner. May be required to respond to emergency calls. May be required to take call in accordance with facility in a timely manner. Provides on the job skills training. Supports and contributes to the development of new processes, products, or services. Maintains complete and accurate records of all maintenance and repairs. Maintains record ensuring compliance with TJC, Federal, State and Local regulations and standards. Responsible for keeping current on maintenance logs. Performs other duties as assigned. The expertise and experience you'll need to succeed: Journeyman License (if State Applicable) Valid Drivers License High School Grad or Vocational School Graduate from school of surgical technology or equivalent (e.g., military training program) Required.
