Primary responsibilities include: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product implementation. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to close deals. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management. Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas. Qualifications
Required qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred. Minimum of 10 years of direct work experience in semiconductor sales, with a focus on hardware and software products. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset. Willingness to travel as required. Preferred Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include: Experience in managing large, complex, and high-visibility accounts. Knowledge of optical, inspection, and metrology products. Foreign language skills would be an advantage. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Proven sales track record. Optimistic approach to difficult situations. Technically savvy, a fast learner, and independent. Excellent business sense or knowledge.
