The Impact You Will Make BPI's Content + Growth Specialist will play a key dual role: creating compelling owned content that elevates our agency's brand and supporting our business development efforts with strategic support. You'll manage BPI's social media presence, help drive content development, draft agency newsletters, and provide critical strategic support to our business development operation by conducting research, tracking outreach, mapping relationships, and managing our contact database. You're a sharp writer, an organized thinker, and a collaborative team member who is comfortable toggling between creative and operational workstreams. Location: Expectation to work from one of our offices at least 3 days a week Salary: $58,000 - $65,000 What the Day-to-Day Looks Like Owned Content & Marketing Help design and run social-first programs that build BPI's audience, help spark business development conversations, and position the agency as the go-to partner for leading organizations. Draft content for BPI's social media channels

writing sharp, engaging copy and creating graphics and videos with Canva. Develop a strong content pipeline in partnership with marketing lead, leadership + other team leads. Manage the U.S. content calendar and track engagement. Contribute to agency newsletters and other owned content materials as needed. Business Development Conduct target and opportunity research to support new business outreach and strategy. Map relationships of business development targets. Assist in preparing pitch materials, including proofreading and formatting decks and proposals. Help maintain internal marketing and business development trackers. Team Operations Support the execution of BPI-hosted events and coordination of leadership's presence at key industry events as needed. Manage the agency's business development and marketing contact database. Oversee agency-wide subscriptions and support team access.
