Production Operator
Join our team as a Production Operator responsible for manufacturing high-quality printing ink. We offer training to operate advanced machinery and engage in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities. 2nd shift: (3p-11p) 3rd shift: (11p-7a) Responsibilities Run batches of ink at proper mill settings. Package finished products in various containers and apply labels. Clean and maintain machines to TPM standards. Learn and apply TPM knowledge to daily activities. Weigh-Up Batches: Manage auto and manual steps, follow process order of addition. Mix Batch: Discharge pigment and operate mixer safely, adhere to all INX Mixer SOPs. Operate Hockmeyer mill maintaining optimum Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) standards. Create and maintain a database of all existing formulas including processing times. Canning: Operate press out unit, pump filter equipment, and forklift. Act as a QC liaison, providing ink samples, making ink adjustments, and recording data. Complete scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting procedures. Assist with repacks. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
