AWS Cloud Migration Project Manager
Boston, MA- Local Only(4x a week Hybrid)

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years focused on cloud migrations, preferably AWS. Proven experience managing large-scale AWS cloud migration projects, including application, data, and infrastructure migrations.
AWS Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of AWS services and tools such as EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, Lambda, CloudFormation, and others. Familiarity with cloud migration strategies, including rehosting, replatforming, and refactoring.
Project Management Skills:
Strong project management skills, including experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies. Ability to create and manage detailed project schedules, track milestones, and resolve project blockers.
Certifications:
AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or Professional (preferred). Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certifications (desired).
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and work under pressure.
Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex problems during the migration process.
Leadership:
Ability to lead cross-functional teams, motivate team members, and drive the project to successful completion.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
Experience with other cloud platforms such as Azure or Google Cloud. Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline tools.
