MyAccess/Sail Point Business Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Identity and Access Management Analyst will work as part of a project team to gather requirements for all aspects of IAM tool replacement project. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify the involved stakeholders
by either getting the stakeholders list from the initial stakeholders or conducting a study to analyze who all will be involved/affected by the project. Gather requirements
from the key stakeholders by using requirement elicitation techniques like brainstorming, requirement workshops, focus groups, and others. Validate requirements
by cross-referencing them with other stakeholders and try to get a buy-in. Analyze and interpret requirements
for their viability against the business objective. Document requirements
by creating use cases, functional and requirement specifications documents. Also, Categorize requirements as functional, non-functional, operational, and technical. QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science or a related work experience . Experience performing analysis and summarizing/communicating complex processes and information. At least 2 years of experience in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) . Strong ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team and users. 3+ years of experience with gathering, decomposing, and documenting functional requirements . Ability to learn complex systems with limited supervision and documentation . EXPERIENCE
Experience with Identity and Access Management solutions (OIM, SailPoint Identity IQ, etc. ...) . Understanding and experience integrating Identity Governance Solutions with Applications and other systems . Understanding of Windows AD, Azure, Windows Exchange, O365, Web Services, UNIX, RACF and ACF2 . Understanding of databases, application integration and connectors . Experience implementing Role Based Access Controls (RBAC) . Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills . Understanding of IAM standards and practices . Strong initiative; self-starter; self-directed; ability to multi-task .
