Integration And Test Engineer

Our Converged Sensors team is accelerating multi-function aperture and multi-function processing technologies through research, development, and demonstrations. Our team is seeking an enthusiastic Integration and Test (I&T) engineer to lead the cross-program test development and verification of advanced digital sensor architecture technologies. In this role, you will serve as an I&T lead across various enterprise sensor systems/boards to develop test requirements/infrastructure/methodologies as well as test the technology to enable transition to Flexible Communications, Radar, and Electronic Warfare (FlexCREW) systems. A level 4 employee is typically senior-career and has 7 to 9+ years of professional experience. What You Will Do (The Work): Lead the I&T development and execution for Converged Sensor's advanced multi-function sensor technology Collaborate on programs across lines of business (LoB) and business areas (BA) to understand requirements, develop test solutions, and transition technologies Lead the I&T cross-functional team through applicable system and line-replaceable unit (LRU) design verification testing (DVT), including from early requirement decomposition/RVTM development through test design/development/execution into program transition Support new business capture by generating artifacts and authoring response sections in proposal development phase Please note: You will work out of our Moorestown, NJ location, and report to our Converged Sensors organization. This role requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD government clearance at the Top Secret level. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $90,200 - $159,045.
