Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate or a Mid-Level Quality Engineer to support Air Dominance Proprietary Programs in Berkeley, MO. Position Responsibilities: Researches contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements for applicability to specific proposals and program processes and documentation. Develops sections of quality metrics, design and production certification plans to ensure compliance with contractual, Company and regulatory requirements. Analyzes capability assessments to support supplier selection activities. Participates in various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs. Performs data analysis to ensure manufacturing and test readiness. Provides material review dispositions for non-conformances. Analyzes non-conformance trends to evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions. Compiles performance reports and other statistical data to ensure specified processes capability levels are achieved. Works under general supervision. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. A final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor's degree 1+ years of manufacturing experience Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 1+ years of experience leading and executing Advance Product Quality Planning Activities (APQP) 1+ years of experience developing/managing metrics and Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA) Top Secret Clearance - preferred Experience with new development programs Experience documenting corrective actions and non-conformance Level 3: 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience or military experience Total Rewards: At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
