Job Title
Work in a fast-paced environment to assist in migration and deployment of applications in an on-prem cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities include: Assisting application developers with deployments Standing up common services Recommending solutions for efficient hardware resource utilization Familiarity and experience with Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) tools and software is expected Technical Requirements Experience with container technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, containerd, etc. Experience with application deployment using CI/CD tools: GitLab, Jenkins, etc. Experience with monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana, etc. Experience with storage provisioning: OpenEBS, Gluster, etc. Including data backup and restore Experience with Linux (CentOS desired) Proficiency in multiple programming languages (both dynamic and compiled) Experience building automation tools for repetitive tasks Experience with metrics platforms (e.g., Elastic) Desired Skills Knowledge of microservices architecture and design Experience working in a collaborative, agile environment supporting rapidly changing requirements Location: Fairfax, VA (On-Site/Office) Education: BS in Computer Science or equivalent Clearance: Top Secret clearance preferred.
