Junior Project Manager
for a top tier Client. Qualification & Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end delivery of technology projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and QA, to drive project success. • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with stakeholder requirements. • Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports. • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives in Agile environments. • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and status. • Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful delivery. • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably in the Banking/Finance sector. • Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. • Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. • Experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering technology-focused projects. • bility to work onsite in Chicago, 3 days a week (locals only). • This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading financial client, driving key technology initiatives in a hybrid work environment.
