Lincoln IT, a leading provider of technology solutions and managed services, is seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and evolve the company's financial operations. This senior executive role is ideal for an experienced financial leader with a strong background in accounting and operational finance, particularly in fast-paced, service-oriented or project-based environments. As CFO, you will be responsible for all financial and accounting functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Reporting, and financial planning. You'll play a pivotal role in supporting Lincoln IT's continued growth and ensuring operational excellence across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all financial activities, including AP, AR, payroll, reporting, and budgeting Lead and mentor a team of five direct reports within the Finance department Develop, maintain, and enforce a robust system of internal controls to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with GAAP Provide strategic financial guidance to executive leadership and contribute to key business decisions Manage banking relationships, cash flow forecasting, and working capital optimization Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax and regulatory requirements Coordinate with external auditors for the annual financial audit Analyze and improve financial performance, focusing on profitability, efficiency, and long-term growth Qualifications:
10+ years of senior-level finance or accounting leadership experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred Expertise in managing full-cycle accounting operations and team leadership Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and financial reporting systems Experience with project-based financial management, preferably in IT or construction-related services Outstanding analytical, negotiation, and communication skills Proven ability to assess and optimize vendor contracts and cost structures Join Lincoln IT and help drive financial strategy in a company known for innovation, integrity, and excellence in client service.
