Kentro is hiring a Senior Process Analyst to manage and maintain our corporate ISO certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001) and CMMI ML3 certifications. The ideal candidate will write, maintain, and improve enterprise process documentation and improvement efforts while driving internal projects toward achieving CMMI high maturity levels (CMMI 4/5). A key focus of this role is to ensure that processes are streamlined and effective, with the goal of making the processes work for the organization, rather than burdening it with unnecessary complexity. Responsibilities: Change Control Stewardship and Consultation:

Lead the intake, evaluation, and facilitation of change requests for strategic projects and programs; ensure documentation, review cycles, and governance standards are upheld and coordinated across the firm. Program Integration:

This function serves as a consistent point of coordination and support, helping stakeholders navigate Kentro and other corporate governing policy, documentation, and impact assessments with clarity and confidence. It aligns program deliverables with enterprise frameworks and strategic goals and serves as the interface between program managers, quality leads, existing governance boards, and the executive committee. Performance Reporting:

Track, analyze, and report on process performance metrics, ensuring improvements are quantified and contribute to overall business efficiency. Work with the Sr. Quality Manager to implement and manage streamlined metrics collection and dashboard use within the Program Alignment Office. Provide executive-ready summaries of alignment status, process improvements, and certification metrics; contribute to annual audit readiness and enterprise reviews. Collaboration and Change Enablement:

Partner closely with process and system owners, program teams, and corporate service organizations to identify, prioritize, and guide formal change requests through the firm's governance process. Serve as a trusted advisor and embedded facilitator throughout the change lifecycle, supporting teams from concept through implementation, ensuring proposed changes align with strategic objectives, regulatory standards, and enterprise architecture and objectives. Process Governance:

Collaborate with corporate service leads (HR, IT, Finance, Technical Services, etc.) to maintain and improve enterprise-wide business processes, promoting consistency, scalability, and quality. Certification Enablement:

Partner with the Sr. Quality Manager to ensure compliance with external certifications and internal quality standards, maintain readiness artifacts, track audit actions, and support remediation. Location: This position will be performed primarily in a remote working environment, but candidates will be required to attend as needed meetings located in Tysons Corner, VA.
