Grounds Maintenance Workers for Howard County Recreation and Parks. These positions are part of a dedicated team of employees which manage specific support roles as directed to maintain parks and government buildings. General knowledge of the operation and maintenance of commercial grade mowing equipment and landscape maintenance is preferred. Training opportunities are available to include equipment and industry certifications. Applicant should have at least one (1) year experience and must have a valid class "C" driver's license. These positions may be eligible for benefits. Hours: 40 hours per week/ 42-week positions. Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 an hour. Criminal background check and pre-employment physical and drug test required. Criminal background check and pre-employment physical and drug test are required.
