The Quality Manager (Metals) will: Lead the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of ISO-based Quality Management Systems Oversee internal and external quality audits; ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements Develop and enforce quality procedures, standards, and documentation across the organization Analyze production data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for quality improvement Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and drive corrective actions Apply knowledge of die casting or plastic injection molding processes to ensure consistent product quality Interpret technical drawings and specifications, including GD&T Train and support staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices Manage non-conformance investigations and implement effective containment and corrective measures Oversee the use and calibration of inspection tools and quality equipment Utilize ERP systems to track quality metrics, documentation, and inventory-related quality data Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality concerns and audits If interested, please apply through the link below. The successful Quality Manager (Metals) applicant will have: Proven background in a manufacturing environment, ideally involving die casting or plastic injection molding Hands-on experience with ISO 9001 or similar Quality Management Systems. Experience as a Quality Team Lead, Supervisor, or Senior QE. Strong understanding of quality assurance tools, procedures, and continuous improvement methodologies Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and specifications, including GD&T Experience leading internal and external audits and managing audit findings Familiarity with ERP systems for tracking quality data and production processes Demonstrated ability to develop, document, and maintain quality procedures and standards Skilled in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Knowledge of inspection methods, tools, and equipment calibration Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and customer teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reports, training, and audit responses What's on Offer
