Forklift Operator
As a Material Handler Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for efficiently unloading inbound shipments, preparing outbound shipments, and ensuring that all merchandise matches the accompanying shipping documents. You will also be tasked with moving merchandise into storage while documenting the put-away locations and reporting any discrepancies. Additional duties include labeling and stickering orders, picking orders for shipment, and conducting daily inspections of forklifts to identify potential equipment problems. Responsibilities
Unload inbound shipments and prepare outbound shipments. Verify that merchandise matches shipping documents. Move merchandise to storage and properly document put-away locations. Report any shipment discrepancies. Label and sticker orders accurately. Pick orders and prepare them for shipment. Conduct daily inspections of forklifts to identify potential problems. Essential Skills
1+ year of forklift experience in a warehouse setting. Proficiency in unloading, shipping, and receiving. Experience with pallet jacks and sit-down forklifts. Ability to operate a reach truck and RF scanner. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong material handling and general labor skills. Reliability and flexibility in task management. Why Work Here?
