About Us

Hi there, we're Yendo, and our vision is to empower everyday people to build a stronger financial future. In less than 2 years, we've saved customers over $100 million in unnecessary interest and fees. We're one of the fastest growing fintech companies in the United States.

We are using AI to unlock the $4 Trillion in vehicle and home equity trapped within assets owned by Americans in the form of a high limit, standard rate credit card for those traditionally excluded from mainstream financial offerings.

Yendo Credit Cards have leading APRs, best-in-class rewards, and high limits similar to those issued for prime borrowers to help build customers' credit score. Yendo's credit limits are 4x higher than cards typically available for non-prime borrowers.

About the Role

We're hiring an

Executive Assistant to the CEO

who will operate at the center of Yendo's leadership engine. You'll manage core administrative functions, help coordinate internal priorities, and act as a force multiplier for the CEO.

You'll also work closely with our

Chief of Staff

and other executives, contributing to cross-functional projects, and supporting

investor relations (IR)

initiatives. A major focus of this role is building

systems, automations, and scalable processes

to streamline administrative work, freeing up your time (and the CEO's) for higher-value execution.

This is an ideal role for someone with private equity, consulting, or high-growth startup experience who thrives in high-expectation environments and is excited to grow with the business.

Responsibilities Executive Operations Manage and optimize the CEO's calendar, travel, inbox, and meeting preparation Prioritize and triage inbound communications with speed and discretion Coordinate across stakeholders and track follow-ups, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks Partner closely with the Chief of Staff to align on priorities, execution cadence, and internal visibility Process Building & Automation Build lightweight systems and AI to streamline scheduling, communication, and information flow Identify and implement tools and automations (e.g. calendaring, email routing, note-taking, task tracking) to reduce manual overhead Proactively refine and document repeatable workflows to help scale the EA function as the company grows Create leverage by minimizing low-value tasks and surfacing high-leverage opportunities Investor Relations & Market Intelligence Track market activity, financing rounds, and thematic shifts across the VC landscape Identify trends, strategic events, and networking opportunities relevant to the CEO and company Support board and investor meeting prep, touchpoint tracking, and communications Maintain organized records of investor relationships and emerging capital market dynamics Special Projects Coordinate events such as internal leadership offsites, external investor events, and CEO-level strategy sessions Conduct research, analysis, or draft content for special initiatives as needed Help drive internal clarity and momentum by supporting comms and cross-functional execution •You Might Be a Fit If... You have 2+ years of experience in private equity, consulting, startups, or executive-level support roles You've supported or partnered with C-level leaders and understand what high-leverage enablement looks like You think in systems and enjoy optimizing workflows, not just executing them You thrive on structure, accountability, and creating calm in fast-moving environments You're discreet, reliable, intellectually curious, and eager to grow in scope Why This Role Is Special Proximity to the CEO

and exec team, who have each exited founded startups, built $1B+ unicorns, or acted as C-suite executives at major public companies. A rare blend of

execution, strategy, and operations
