Yendo, Inc
About Yendo
Hi there, we're Yendo, and our vision is to empower everyday people to build a stronger financial future. In less than 2 years, we've saved customers over $150 million in unnecessary interest and fees.
We are using AI to unlock the $1.1 Trillion in vehicle and home equity trapped within cars owned by Americans in the form of a high limit, standard rate credit card for those traditionally excluded from mainstream financial offerings.
Yendo Credit Cards have similar APRs to those issued for prime borrowers, industry leading rewards, and high credit limits. Yendo's credit limits are 4x higher than cards typically available for non-prime borrowers and help promote credit building.
Role Overview As a Strategy and Operations Manager, you'll be the quarterback behind major strategic and operational decisions. You'll dig into data, identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and directly work with leadership to implement them. You'll help design the playbook - not just run it.
If you're looking for real ownership, direct access to execs, and work that drives immediate, high-impact outcomes - this is it.
What You'll Do Drive strategic initiatives across operations, working directly with leadership on projects like operational strategy, cost optimization, AI impact, and more. Own end-to-end analysis that turns ambiguous problems into clear recommendations and action plans. Build dashboards and tools that improve visibility and decision-making across functions (think: underwriting, collections, servicing). Identify trends and root causes using Excel, SQL, dashboards, and structured analysis - then roll up your sleeves to help fix the problems. Lead the operationalization of new products or changes in policy based on your insights.
What you'll need 3+ years of experience in business analytics, management consulting, investment banking, or a similar field. Background in data-informed decision-making and partnering with multi-functional teams. Proficient in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools such as Metabase You are competitive and want to win. Self-starter attitude and ability to work independently Mission-driven: passionate about financial inclusion and building a fairer credit system. Demonstrated ability to partner effectively across the organization Must have a positive attitude and willingness to roll-up their sleeves and get things done Strong communicator with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
