Navigating DSO Innovation andthe future of dentistry Get insight from our free ebooks and webinars Integrate TrueLark with your favorite tools How TrueLark brings peace of mind to local business owners As an Enterprise Account Executive at TrueLark, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition of enterprise clients in the Dental Support Organization (DSO) sector. You will manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, leveraging a consultative approach to identify client needs and present tailored solutions. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, as you will be working closely with C-level executives and key decision-makers in large organizations. You’ll work in collaboration with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer success to deliver seamless sales experiences and drive long-term customer satisfaction. This role is in office at the Palo Alto, CA headquarters. Reporting to: TrueLark Head of Sales. Responsibilities What You Will Own Identify, prospect, and close enterprise-level deals within the DSO sector Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including C-suite executives Collaborate with internal teams to provide a tailored solution for each client Achieve and exceed sales quotas by successfully closing high-value enterprise contracts Manage and expand existing accounts, ensuring customer retention and satisfaction Provide feedback to the product team to help refine and develop new features based on client needs Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and forecasts in CRM tools Qualifications What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in SaaS or technology sales Proven success in exceeding sales quotas and closing large, complex deals Strong negotiation skills with a consultative approach to sales Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, particularly with C-level executives Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) Ability to work independently and as part of acollaborative team What Will Make Us Love You Experience in the dental services or healthcare technology sector Familiarity with AI solutions and SaaS platforms High emotional intelligence and a strong ability to build rapport with clients Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and contribute to a growing company Why This Role Is Exciting This role is a key part of TrueLark’s growth strategy.
