This role is perfect for someone who thrives in organized chaos and can orchestrate multiple moving parts without breaking a sweat. What you'll do:
Own the Content Calendar: Be the master of our content boardnothing ships late, nothing falls through cracks. You're the single source of truth for what's going out when. Creator CRM Wrangler: Build and maintain pipelines for influencers and freelance writers. Source talent, recruit the right voices, and keep follow-ups flowing like clockwork. Content Polish & Production: Take AI-generated drafts or contributor posts and polish them to Firecrawl standards. You know good content when you see it and can make it shine. Automation Architecture: Build n8n/MCP flows, connect APIs, write quick scripts. If it can be automated, you'll find a wayfreeing the team from repetitive tasks. Multi-Channel Coordination: Keep content flowing across blog, social, email, and community channels. Track performance, spot what's working, iterate fast. Asset & Design Support: Jump into Figma for quick tweaks, trim videos, create simple graphics. You're not a designer, but you can make things look good in a pinch. What makes you a great fit:

Were a marketing ops lead at a seed to Series C startup, living in HubSpot/Zapier/Notion all day. Ran content, outreach, and ops solo as a builder-founder. Operated community or creator programs, keeping dozens of voices on-brand and on-schedule. Have shipped your own products or content that gained real traction.
