Essential Responsibilities: Partner with teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions on time. Collaborate across IT teams to ensure high-availability, high-performance solutions. Manage build and run activities for marketing and other applications. Communicate effectively with leadership and teams. Oversee design and architecture for marketing solutions. Manage multiple technologies and prioritize using Agile methods. Maintain documentation and standards for solutions. Implement proactive monitoring to minimize impact on applications. Identify opportunities for automation and improvements. Perform additional duties or projects as assigned. Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelors Degree + 8 years of experience or High School + 12 years of experience. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. At least 3 years designing scalable applications. At least 2 years leading a team. Over 3 years working with Marketing SaaS platforms, including MarTech and AdTech. Experience with Digital Asset Management and Customer Data Platforms. 4+ years managing high-availability solutions across Java and other platforms. Desired Characteristics: Experience with Java, Oracle, Apache, Linux, Unix, Windows. Strong PC skills, documentation skills, and motivation. Experience with DAM, Consent, CDP, Email, and SMS platforms is a plus. Additional Details:
Salary range is $115,000 - $200,000, with potential bonuses. Candidates must meet eligibility requirements, including age, education, background checks, and legal work authorization in the U.S.. Our Commitment:
