Job Description: Role Summary/Purpose: With the ever-evolving financial landscape, there are a wide range of challenges that demand innovative solutions. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing highly available and scalable integrations across marketing and other platforms. The role includes design, architecture, discovery, exploration, and quick learning about SaaS platforms and solutions. Our Way of Working We’re proud to offer you choice and flexibility. Occasional commuting to the nearest office may be required for in-person meetings, training, and culture events. Essential Responsibilities: Partner with business and IT teams to understand requirements, ensure solutions meet standards, and deliver on time. Collaborate with IT teams to deliver high-availability, high-performance solutions within security standards. Manage IT build and run activities for marketing and other applications. Communicate with leaders across business and technology to share updates and review solutions. Oversee and review design and architecture for marketing solutions. Manage multiple IT technologies and priorities using Agile methodologies. Maintain documentation standards, including design, coding, testing, and code reviews. Create proactive monitoring to minimize adverse impacts on applications. Identify opportunities for automation, improvements, and simplifications in engineering solutions. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years of system engineering experience or High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience. Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. Minimum 3 years designing scalable applications. Minimum 2 years leading a team. At least 3 years working with Marketing solutions on SaaS platforms in MarTech and AdTech. At least 1 year working with Digital Asset Management solutions. At least 1 year working with Customer Data Platforms. Over 4 years managing high-availability solutions across Java and other platforms, using monitoring tools. Desired Characteristics: Experience with Java, Oracle, Apache, application servers, Linux, Unix, and Windows. Strong skills in PC applications: Excel, Access, Office, PowerPoint, OneNote. Experience with documentation and diagramming tools like Word and Visio. Solid communication skills, motivation, and initiative. Passion for technology and self-drive. Experience with DAM, Preference and Consent, CDP, Email, and SMS platforms is a plus. Grade/Level: 11 The salary range is

115,000.00 - 200,000.00

USD annually, with potential bonuses. Actual offers depend on experience and skills. Salaries are adjusted regionally in CA, NY Metro, and Seattle. Eligibility Requirements: You must be 18 or older. You must have a high school diploma or equivalent. You must pass a drug test, background check, and fingerprinting. You must meet Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
