*Duties*
* Manage office operations, including scheduling, clerical tasks, and front desk responsibilities. * Oversee event planning and coordination for company functions. * Supervise and train office staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. * Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records. * Manage budgets and perform bookkeeping tasks to ensure financial accuracy. * Maintain vendor relationships and manage procurement processes. * Implement effective communication strategies within the team and with external partners. * Organize filing systems and ensure proper documentation practices are followed. * Utilize QuickBooks for financial reporting and tracking expenses. * Coordinate calendar management for executives and staff meetings. * Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures, particularly in a medical office setting.
*Requirements*
* Proven experience in office management or administrative roles. * Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead a team effectively. * Proficiency in QuickBooks and other bookkeeping software. * Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. * Experience in human resources functions * Familiarity with QB payroll systems and budgeting processes. * Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. * Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations is preferred. * Knowledge of medical office management is a plus but not required.
