Description
You Are: Responsible for maintaining smooth and efficient office operations, managing financial and payroll processes, overseeing compliance and vendor management, and supporting employee-related administrative tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, a high level of confidentiality and the ability to collaborate with various teams to ensure streamlined processes.

Bookkeeping: AR/AP, cash flow, job costing/change orders, billing & invoicing Point of Contact: internal and external communications Payroll (ADP & Quickbooks): Processes, time tracking, external payroll service Compliance: HR, safety, OSHA, insurance renewals, licenses, and tax preparation Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and purchasing Project Management Software Administration and Organization (JobTread) Admin: Plan travel and corporate events, mail handling, record keeping, filing Your Background/Skills:
+5yrs: office management or business operations Proficiency in QuickBooks, ADP, and time-tracking software Experience managing payroll and basic accounting functions. Experience in the construction industry is highly preferred Halaby Painting's Contribution to You:
