*Role Description*

We are looking for an experienced and driven Finance Manager to lead critical financial operations and support strategic decision-making across LSL Healthcare. This role will manage a team of finance professionals and be a key business partner to department heads in Operations, Sales, HR, and other functions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical finance skills, proven leadership experience, and the ability to align financial strategy with business goals.

*Key Responsibilities*

_*Financial Leadership & Strategy:*_

* Assist with company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes * Provide insights, scenario analysis, and recommendations to senior leadership * Align financial performance metrics with overall business objectives * Support financial modeling for business initiatives, capital investments, and cost optimization

_ *Team Management:*_

* Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, including analysts, and AP/billing staff * Set team goals, manage workloads, and conduct performance reviews * Foster a culture of accountability, development, and continuous improvement

_*Month-End Close & Financial Reporting:*_

* Oversee and review monthly and quarterly close processes * Ensure timely, accurate journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis * Deliver executive-level reporting and board-ready financial packages

_ *Operational Finance & Compliance:*_

* Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable, billing, and cash management * Monitor AP aging, billing cycles, AR collections, and cash flow forecasting * Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and regulatory compliance * Support external audits and liaise with auditors

_ *Business Partnering:*_

* Act as a strategic partner to functional leaders across Sales, Operations, HR, IT, and others * Help teams understand financial implications of their decisions * Collaborate on budget ownership with the CFO, performance tracking, and efficiency initiatives

_*Process Improvement & Systems:*_

* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial accuracy, speed, and insights * Lead or support financial system upgrades, ERP optimization, or automation efforts * Implementation of item level product costing

_*Special Projects*_

* Special projects and ad-hoc analysis, as required

*Qualifications*

* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferable. A CPA or MBA desired but not required. * 7+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role * Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling * Strong understanding of AP, AR, billing, and general ledger systems * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Proven ability to manage teams, influence stakeholders, and drive results * Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems such as Sage, Power BI, or SAP * Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills * Experience in mid-size manufacturing organization preferred * Experience managing process automation, system integrations, or financial transformation projects preferred

*Compensation & Benefits:*

The anticipated salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 annually. The actual pay rate will vary based on applicant’s location, education, relevant experience, skills, and education. This role is eligible for bonus and/or performance-based incentives.

Pay: $91,074.45 - $120,000.00 per year
