JOB REQUIREMENTS Licenses: Valid state medical license Certifications: BLS, DEA, AAHIVM Certification (within 18 months) Experience: 10+ years preferred; Supervisory and quality improvement experience Other Qualifications: Board Certification preferred; GCP and HSP training for research
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise and evaluate HCC clinical staff including MDs, DOs, and mid-level providers Review patient charts for quality, compliance, and performance metrics Ensure provider staffing, vacation coordination, and patient flow Monitor productivity and address performance issues Support and oversee CME participation and charting compliance Participate in clinical research and serve as Sub-Investigator when needed Lead interdisciplinary team meetings and daily huddles Oversee clinic administration and financial performance Report to executive medical leadership and participate in scheduled committees Conduct hiring, training, and performance management of HCC staff by Jobble
