Responsibilities
The role involves supporting Cyber Protection, Assessment, Authorization, and Risk Management Framework (RMF). Responsibilities include providing cybersecurity support for assessments, authorizations, and documentation of enterprise systems managed by NETCOM HQ. Tasks include using the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) for RMF activities such as control implementation, in accordance with NIST SP 800-53 and CNSSI 1253, tailored by security categorization and overlays. Additional duties include: Adhering to DoD cybersecurity policies outlined in DoDI 8500.01 and DoDI 8510.01. Providing expertise in DoD security hardening, collection, and assessment tools like STIGs, ACAS SCAP, Nessus, and others. Maintaining knowledge of the RMF Knowledge Service and reviewing RMF activities to ensure compliance with operational guidelines and policies. Qualifications
Basic qualifications include: Minimum of 8 years with a BS/BA, 6 years with an MS/MA, or 3 years with a PhD. Certifications such as CISM, CISSP, GIAC certifications, or equivalent. Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret w/SCI clearance. Experience in vulnerability assessments, network monitoring, and understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals. Company Overview
