Program Overview
About The Role
The role involves cybersecurity support including assessments, authorizations, and Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities. Responsibilities include using enterprise tools like eMASS to document RMF activities, implementing security controls as per NIST SP 800-53 and CNSSI 1253, and adhering to DoD cybersecurity policies such as DoDI 8500.01 and DoDI 8510.01. Key duties include providing expertise in DoD security hardening, assessment tools (e.g., STIGs, ACAS, Nessus), security architectures, firewalls, and network access. The role also requires reviewing RMF activities to ensure compliance with operational policies and guidelines provided on the RMF Knowledge Service and related documents. Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA, 6 years with MS/MA, or 3 years with PhD. Certifications such as CISM, CISSP, GIAC certifications, or equivalent are required. Must hold a Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret w/SCI clearance. Candidates should have experience conducting vulnerability assessments and understanding of data transport, encryption, networking, and cybersecurity fundamentals. Compensation
