Completion of an Accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program is required.- Board Certified by American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA)
Outpatient position at an Ambulatory Surgery Center Mix of 8-10-12 hour shifts with opportunity to transition to longer shifts if desired.
No on call or weekend shifts
Average number of patients:
Varies Not accepting new graduates. At least 2 years CRNA work experience (not including RN or training) is required.
Not accepting 1099 candidates
Not accepting Locums candidates
Will consider candidates who were previously Board Certified and need to obtain again Open to H1B and J1 visa candidates ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.

Active MI licenses - Nursing and Specialty License (must have in-hand) -

REQUIRED Active BLS, ACLS, PALS (or willing to obtain) -

Clean Malpractice/License History -
