Travel CT Technologist - CT Scan

American Traveler is hiring a CT/X-Ray Technologist experienced in both CT and X-ray modalities, with ARRT and BLS certification required.Job Details•Work in a level 3 trauma regional hospital in a dual modality CT/X-ray role,•Perform CT and routine radiography, including head, chest, and extremity scans,•Siemens CT/DI equipment used, with preferred knowledge of the Siemens Drive 256 slice scanner and dual source/dual energy CT,•Epic charting system utilized,•Four 10-hour shifts: Monday through Wednesday 11:00-21:30, Friday 07:00-18:00, with schedule flexibility for critical staffing,•Weekend shifts required per FTE and on-call coverage every fifth or sixth weekend, staffing dependent,•May be asked to work in the OR with GE C-Arm and perform routine radiology exams,•Pediatric imaging preferred but not required,Job Requirements•Minimum of 2 years' experience, with at least 1 year in CT and 1 year in X-ray,•Current RT (R) and (CT) certification from ARRT,•Current AHA BLS certification,•Experience with Siemens CT scanners strongly encouraged,•Comfortable working independently in a multi-modality environment,•C-arm and standard radiography skills required,•Preferred experience in cardiac CTA (CCTA),•License required if applicable,Additional Information•First-time travelers accepted,•Must be able to perform a variety of CT and X-ray procedures independently,•No floating between units or to sister facilities required,•Modules must be completed prior to assignment as part of onboarding,•No blocked scheduling requests permitted,•Up to 10 requested days off allowed per 13-week contract, but not permitted during specified blackout dates,•Candidates who have been employed by the client or its affiliates in the past two years are not eligible,•Candidates must secure housing prior to consideration,•Scrub requirements not specified; please inquire if needed,•Local candidates who live less than 75 miles from the facility are eligible at a slightly reduced bill rate,],•hash,:•15663530141630116174,
