In the role of Senior Project Manager Engineering, you'll be responsible for: Directing and coordinating work of multidisciplinary teams throughout the project's lifecycle. Managing large, complex projects involving a substantial project staff. Producing and coordinating multiple projects concurrently. Establishing and maintaining client relations, participating in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings. Conducting work sessions for deliverable development with staff and stakeholders. Coordinating staffing and workload to ensure timely completion of deliverables. Tracking financial aspects of projects and adjusting work efforts to meet budget and schedule. Performing periodic project reviews with leadership. Implementing QA/QC procedures. Supervising large project teams and mentoring less experienced project managers. Performing other duties as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree PMP certification Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering 10 years of related experience At least 5 years of project management experience Professional Engineer (PE) license Experience with MS Office and MS Project (Access experience a plus) Leadership, business development, and strategic planning skills Active participation in our employee-owned culture is essential.
