In the role of Senior Water Resources Engineering Project Manager, you'll be responsible for:
Directing and coordinating work of single or multidisciplinary teams throughout the project's lifecycle (from development & initiation to close-out) Managing all aspects of large multidisciplinary projects or medium-sized projects with high technical complexity, involving a large project staff Producing and coordinating multiple projects concurrently Establishing and maintaining client relations, and participating in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings Conducting work sessions for deliverable development with staff and stakeholders Coordinating staffing and workload throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely completion of deliverables Tracking financial aspects of projects, and adjusting work efforts to stay within budget and schedule parameters Collaborating with Accounting, Operational, and Business leadership for periodic project reviews Implementing QA/QC procedures Supervising large project staff and mentoring less-experienced Project Managers Performing other duties as needed Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree PMP certification Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering 10 years related experience At least 5 years project management experience Professional Engineer (PE) license Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project (Access experience is a plus) Leadership, business development, and strategic planning skills Active participation in our employee-owned culture is essential What We Believe
